By using ChatPhantom, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Use of the Service

ChatPhantom allows users to upload WhatsApp chat logs for AI-based analysis. You may use the service without signing in for local-only analysis. If you choose to create an account via Google Sign-In, you will gain access to features such as saved analyses and credit-based usage.

2. User Accounts

• You may create an account using Google Sign-In.
• You are allowed to have multiple accounts unless they are used to exploit the service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account involved in abuse or fraudulent behavior.
• Account deletion will be supported in future updates. Until then, you may contact us to request manual deletion.

3. Uploading and Analyzing Chats

• You are responsible for any content you upload to the platform.
• AI-generated insights are not professional advice and should not be relied on for legal, medical, or psychological decisions.
• You are permitted to publish, share, or use your AI-generated results as you see fit, provided it does not violate any laws.

4. Credits and Payments

• You can purchase credits to access advanced AI analysis features.
• Credits are delivered instantly after payment and do not expire.
• Each credit covers up to 40KB of chat data. Larger files require multiple credits.
• Refunds are only offered for unused credits. Once any portion of a purchased credit is used, it becomes non-refundable.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

5. Security and Data Use

ChatPhantom uses trusted services like Firebase and Google's Gemini API to provide and store features securely. By uploading a chat for AI analysis, you agree that it will be sent to Gemini for processing. All analysis results are stored securely and linked to your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChatPhantom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of results, or preservation of your data. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the site.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
